Traditional with crushing-stemming and prolonged maceration. Subjected to a minimum ageing period lasting until March 1st subsequent the year in which the grapes are harvested

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
Very deep ruby red colour, fruity and vinous with a very intense and persistent violet scent; refinement in wood conveys tone and authority and a pleasing balance between the body and initial acidity. This wine is ideal with elaborate soup and pasta dishes, red and white meats and cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18íC

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
This is a bright ruby red coloured wine with an infinitely complex combination of characteristic fruity scents, very aromatic with a warm flavour enhanced by a fresh acid touch. The low natural fermentation temperatures lend vivacity and freshness. This is a wine which is ready to drink but which, thanks to its excellent body, is further enhanced with age. It is the perfect companion to highly flavoured dishes, dressed pork products, soups, pasta dishes, main courses and grills, but, thanks to its vivacity and freshness it may also be drunk alone. Serve at a temperature of 16íC
