Very pale straw yellow colour with pervasive scents of fruit blossom. A balanced, very harmonious and delicate flavour. Bottled young and best drunk within the vintage. Excellent as an aperitif and with hors d’oeuvres and fish. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C
