WINE CHARACTERISTICS
These grapes produce a bright ruby red coloured wine with a fruity, vinous aroma. Dry, velvety very harmonious and pleasantly fresh flavour. This wine is ideal for serving throughout a meal although it is particularly good with hors d’oeuvres, soups and pasta dishes, risotto and fresh cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 15-17°C

WINE CGARACTERISTICS
Garnet red coloured with a delicate scent characteristic to resin and pepper, Dry pleasantly bitter flavour with a persistent, slightly tannic aftertaste. Best with hors d’oeuvres, soups and white meats. Serve at a temperature of 15-17°C
